The UFLP is a dynamic three-year program designed to immerse you into our portfolio of 400 diverse brands to foster growth as a leader. You will bring your unique perspective to the table and, through different roles and placements, find your purpose. We will provide formal training, hands-on experience, and mentorship for your development.

Programmed Details
The UFLP runs for approximately three years, during which you will be deeply exposed to the 400 brands of Unilever and the initiatives on sustainability. You get hands on experience with various placements and go through structured training and mentorship. This program is specifically structured to help you find and develop your purpose while knowing and working in various career options at Unilever.

- Profile Assessment: Take part in a set of five online games measuring several cognitive, emotional, and social characteristics, receiving personalized feedback.
- Digital Interview: You will be required to answer three questions and solve a business case based on Unilever scenarios. This can be done at a time of your choice.
- Virtual Discovery Centre: Take part in a virtual experience to see a day in the life of a Future Leader through project meetings, challenges of business, team interactions, and a oneonone with a potential manager.
